I have been a Bookkeeper for almost 4 years. I was employed in remarkable bookkeeping firms wherein I gained my expertise in the field of Bookkeeping. I have extensive experience with Quickbooks-all versions, including online, MYOB, Peach Tree, Upgrade to see actual info, Sage, and WAVE. I have experience connecting remotely to a client's desktop via Teamviewer and viewing, uploading, and exporting reports from/to DROPBOX, SHOEBOXES, PAYPAL, and ONLINE BANK STATEMENTS.

These are the following tasks that I provide:
=AP/AR - Enter bills, checks, and enter deposits
=coding and categorizing each transaction.
=Invoicing
=Reconciling - (monthly) bank and credit card accounts
=Reconciling PaypaI-multi-currency accounts
=Importing and Exporting transactions
=Payroll processing (ADP)
=Run and review financial reports & and statements
=Assist with tax preparation, coordinating with the tax preparer
=Seting-up chart of accounts
=Migrating from one accounting software to another.


My main aim is to provide professional service assistance and cater to the clients' needs with high precision and excellent output utilizing my knowledge, skills, and proficiency in small business enterprises that require Bookkeeping services.
