Profile Description

My goal as a Paralegal is to work efficiently and effectively with minimal
supervision and to always add value to the team to deliver high-quality legal
services.

I am a competent and goal-oriented Paralegal with years of experience in a legal and corporate environment and currently working to get that Juris Doctor Degree. I previously worked in an established law firm in the Philippines, wherein I was exposed to legal proceedings, litigation processes, and Corporate Housekeeping.

Here's the expertise that I can offer:

ADMINISTRATIVE
- Calendar Management
- Email Management
- Organize and manage documents.
- Prepare Minutes of the Meetings
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to make life easier.
- Other secretarial and administrative tasks

LEGAL
- Prepare initial drafts of Pleadings, particularly with Family Law
- Familiarity with eFiling Portal and scheduling hearings, such as the Florida e-filing portal and Courtmap.
- Corporate Housekeeping for the Corporation such as preparing Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and other reportorial requirements.
- Due Diligence for properties.
- Legal research

TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Well-versed with the Google Workspace app
- Familiarity with project management systems such as Upgrade to see actual info and ClickUp
- Familiarity with Westlaw Form Builder
- Time Management Skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment such as a Law Office
