Working with integrity and having good communication skills make me great as a virtual assistant. I'm Upgrade to see actual info, and I've been a Technical Support Representative in Tier 2 for three years under the Microsoft Program. I assisted customers who were having issues with Microsoft Office applications such as:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Microsoft Outlook.
- Windows Operating System Issues
I've been a Paralegal Case Manager under a US Based Law Firm, and I helped clients in:
- Scheduling appointments with clinics
- Filing a claim on both party's insurance
- Gathering medical records and bills
- Filing demands on both insurance
- Updating clients on their cases.
- Scheduling phone interviews with clients with the assigned Lawyer
- Helping out Lawyers in sending demand letters
- Creating draft letters that are going to insurance and other legal parties.
