Hello there!

You can call me Matt. I'm an Affiliate Sourcing Senior Specialist, Rockstar Email Support Representative, Customer Service Expert, Newcomer Virtual Assistant, and Ambivert. Let me tell you how I acquired my skills.

I am now working with IBEX Global Solutions as an Affiliate Sourcing Senior Specialist on one of their staff augmentation accounts. My responsibility is to satisfy the consumer's needs by completing the ticket. To do so, I need to source leads from every website I come across. Any possible leads will be collected and contacted. If the prospect is a good lead, that's the time that I'll be putting it in the system so that a ticket will be completed.

In my previous job, at Alorica Teleservices, Inc., I was assigned to handle a US financial account and acquired two different lines of business. customer service representatives and email support representatives. Before I proceed, I would just want to write here that I was with Alorica Teleservices, Inc. for 3 years and 5 months. I started with them as a customer service representative. I handled a consumer and provided a stellar resolution to their credit card problem. This is the company in which I was able to hone my skills. After a year and a half with them, I was promoted as an email support Upgrade to see actual info this line of business, we handled a lot of emails with concerns and inquiries that needed resolution. I consistently belong to top agents and am rewarded for it.

I also have experience and went through proper training as a virtual assistant, but this is for an insurance company in the US. I completed a crash course in quoting and servicing residential insurance Upgrade to see actual infoom quoting the prospective property, During the training, I was able to learn about and quote commercial, car, and mobile home properties. I had training for 2 months and was introduced to one of the insurance companies located in Florida.

I also have knowledge when it comes to social media and editing as those were part of my curriculum during my college Upgrade to see actual info my spare time, I like to go out and meet friends or spend time with my family and loved ones. I also love to travel and explore a lot of things, including but not limited to different cultures and foods!
