I'm a kaizen-minded, process-obsessed, and results-oriented HR Manager who embraces technology and continuous learning to achieve efficiency and optimization. 

Also, I'm a good writer.

I was an HR Development Head and kaizen advocate for 4 years before I got promoted as an HR and Admin Manager.

I run and oversee the HR and Admin Department's operations in training and development, recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll, employee relations, employee engagement, building maintenance, and safety and security.

I always start my roles underqualified and uncomfortable, but as a believer in growth and progress, I thrive. I love learning the ropes of anything new and succeeding in it.

And now, I want to grow more and be uncomfortable again by serving other companies in other countries and cultures as an HR Officer/Writer. I want to thrive with you!
