I was an HR Development Head and kaizen advocate for 4 years before I got promoted as an HR and Admin Manager.
I run and oversee the HR and Admin Department's operations in training and development, recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll, employee relations, employee engagement, building maintenance, and safety and security.
I always start my roles underqualified and uncomfortable, but as a believer in growth and progress, I thrive. I love learning the ropes of anything new and succeeding in it.
