Profile Description

I have 2 years of experience in administrative and purchasing Upgrade to see actual info this two years I've gained knowledge and experience in dealing with logistics, appointment setting, itinerary planning, and data management. As I also worked in purchasing, I developed the skill in interacting with different people specially with suppliers and dealing with inventory forecasting and monitoring.
Further to this, I have also 2 years experience in customer service work in a BPO setting.
Here, I assisted customers on their concern via phone call, chats and emails. This is where I really developed my communication skills as we are constantly communicating with English speaker from US and Canada.
Then as I receive a promotion, I started working as a payroll practitioner where I honed my knowledge in SAP as a tool for data management and payroll processing. I am both trained on end to end process of payroll runs both on Australia and Singapore. To date, I already reached my 4th year in this profession.
As you may have noticed on my work experience above, I'm open to trying new things and enhancing my skills. I take pride in being a highly trainable individual. I am very professional and aim to always deliver a job well before deadline. I'm also a team player and is proud of my personable yet professional manner.
