Working in a BPO company for a year helps me nurture or developed my different skills when it comes to customer handling. There are many skills that needs to be apply in dealing customer or clients but all of that can be learned in the process. The most important thing that I've realized or learned was the connection that you built to your customer/client, it's not just about customer satisfaction but the whole customer/client experience. I am also a virtual assistant for 6 months, working in a private real estate investor. Follow up leads, sending emails & txt messages, organizing details, setting appointment and giving cash offer to potential leads/clients is what I do.
