I also assisted in creating and maintaining the agency's records and reports. I also managed the agency's social media accounts, including creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers. I also assisted in developing social media strategies to improve the agency's online presence. I researched various topics related to the digital marketing industry, such as trends, best practices, and competitors. I also conducted market research on potential clients. I handled customer service requests by responding to inquiries and resolving issues via email, and chat. I also assisted in managing client accounts and maintaining a positive relationship with them. 

My experience as a Virtual Assistant for a Digital Marketing Agency has provided me with valuable skills in digital marketing, project management, communication, and customer service.
