Hey, it's Rose! Had BPO experience for long years and now offering Virtual Assistance as a freelancer. I do E-Commerce, Product Listing, Inbound, Outbound, Email Support, Chat/ Text Support, Customer Service Rep, Real Estate VA and a Freelance VA for 5 years now. Tools/CRM I am familiar with so far are as follows: Salesforce, Podio, XenCall, REI Reply, REISift, Smarter Contact, Smrt Phone, Calltools v1 & v2, CISCO and RingCentral.
At the Upgrade to see actual infont, I am opening my doors to new learnings, new niches and new environments. That is because I feel like I imprisoned myself in a Real Estate background and never learned other positions in the freelance world. I meet deadlines and don't make promises I can't keep. I'm a team but can steer the ship alone if needed be. I look forward to working with you in providing better excellent service and anything else you may need help with and I am very interested in filling job openings related to my skillset.
