I have been a customer service representative for the past 11+ years. I worked as an outbound agent I handled different accounts such as appointment settings, telemarketer for credit cards, sales for AT&T (offering additional services).

I also worked as an inbound agent, providing customer support. As an inbound agent I handled car rentals(Dollar Car Rental), Paypal Account, Amazon (UK), and Toll (Logistic Company).

My most recent work was a remote chat support representativer here in the Philippines in a company located in San Juan Puerto Rico for more than 8 years and looking forward to do a home based job as a Chat Support or Email Representative for part-time or full-time job.

I can do chats for you, do email and do minimal calls (inbound and outbound - if needed). I am a fast learner with minimal guidance. I can work on a timely manner.
