Energetic, well-organized, and experienced customer service representative.
Within my 4-year background in BPO, I gained different skills working for an Australian-base Telecommunication company, UK base online gaming company, and currently a USA base retirement/investment company. Thanks to this experience, I developed strong communication skills that helped me deal with clients from different fields, maintained close contact with them using platforms and software like Purecloud, Zendesk, and CRM, and provided their needs with a high-quality customer service approach. I developed problem-solving skills, self-management, and self-motivation to work independently, learned new products, services, and organizational skills. During this period, I am proud to say that I met the company's values and have passed performance evaluations. 
I also worked for a Philippine-base Credit Company where I learned how to enhance my skills in sales, work under pressure, and meet sales targets and deadlines. To perform in this position, I have developed creative thinking to achieve the goals set by the company.
Lastly, I have experience in photo editing and designing banners, invitations, souvenirs, and ID pictures while attending to customers, managing stocks and inventories that showed a high level of multi-tasking capabilities, and time management to meet customer requests professionally on time.
During my working years, I also received company-provided and personal training to enhance my abilities as a working professional like office package, email management and editing software among others.
