I have extensive experience on how to use and navigate through Seller Central. I am able to learn things on my own with very minimal supervision. I also have experience in working with tools to monitor Amazon sales and listing behavior such as Helium10, Seller Legend, Seller Snap (for repricing), Keepa, JungleScout, etc. I'm proficient in working with the GSuite (GDocs, GSheets, GForms, etc). I handle everything from monitoring sales velocity, purchasing, shipping and logistics, listing products and customer service. I also have a good understanding of PPC, how keywords affect your listing rank, and how to mine keywords and to analyse how competitors are ranking. I am skilled at reports creation and analysis. I am self-motivated and I have a very fast learning curve. Prior to being a VA, I worked in Technical Support & Customer Service. I also have experience handling teams. In my previous job for one of the premier BPO company (Convergys Phils) in the country I have served as a Quality Assurance Specialist, a Team Leader and a Business Systems Analyst (IT). I worked there for 5 straight years, 3.5 years for Contact Center side and the last 1.5 years as an IT Professional. As an IT Professional, I have worked with servers, handled communications between teams when updates are needed. I handled tickets for system issues and made sure that the developers are aware of the problems and get it resolved fast. I communicate with the system users to ensure that they know all the updates in the applications that we use. I am also experienced in Technical Writing. I have created a lot of documents for processes, users manuals, and system changes.
