I worked at Seller Interactive as an Amazon Account Manager I am managing more or less 20 Accounts. What I mainly do is maintain the account health make sure all listings are active, monitor restock inventory, monitor sales, and traffic, providing monthly and weekly reports for overall sales and PPC sales. Optimizing new launch products on Amazon. Mainly a General Account Management.
I've been with the customer service department for 7 years and almost 4 years in Amazon Seller Support department as an agent and a supervisor. I was also an Amazon Virtual assistant at Medify Air (US) based company for 1 year.
My first VA job/experience is with Medify Air (US) company. I was email support, and handling shipments at the same time.
I am well knowledgeable in managing Amazon Seller's Central Accounts, such as product listing, product variations, FBA and non-FBA orders, customers review, emails, and other tasks.
