My name is Upgrade to see actual info. I am a nurse by profession. I have worked as a VA for 7 years (tasks are more on researching, data entry, copying and pasting, editing and proofreading, and transcription), which has helped me hone my skills in those responsibilities. I have also worked as an executive assistant, responsible for scheduling meetings, booking flights and accommodations, pulling up reports, and other ad hoc tasks.

My leading service is General Virtual Assistance. And the subservices I offer are the following:
1. Transcription
- medical transcription is my forte since I have a medical background although I can still offer general transcription
- audio and video files of any kind

- collection of data using a variety of online research techniques
3. Editing/Proofreading
- may it be articles or write-ups, I can be of assistance to you

- general data entry; proficient with google workspace.
5. Email Management 
- offers efficient and effective email handling that can make your day productive

- offers services that is directly personal to the employer (other than VA tasks)

- offers assistance that can make a company run smoothly and takes away the heavy burden on the employer
