I was exposed in a B2B and B2C set-up where I've handled teams of customer service superstars, digital marketers, manpower, and operations. I have run optimization on the business processes while overseeing the deployment and set up of different operational functions and teams, managed continuous process improvement programs, launched various marketing campaigns.
I was engaged in a tall order job for the most part which is exciting but could be really demanding. But at the end of the day, my job is rewarding as results can be seen based on the standards that I set.
I make sure that the company is maximizing its manpower resources, I make sure that yardstick for success laid transparent in the table and the processes in place are supporting business directions.
