Profile Description

I am Upgrade to see actual info and I am a Mechanical Engineering graduate.
I have worked as a customer service representative in a BPO company in the Philippines where I handled an annuity company and my primary job there was to answer calls and deliver necessary emails for the customers.
I also worked as a Shopify Tier 1 Customer Support and my primary responsibility is responding to email and potential chat support tickets. It includes handling general inquiries and technical issues from different merchants. I was also managing complaints, refunds, and negative reviews. As a Tier 1 Customer Service Support, I am also assigned to do small basic CSS customizations like changing the color of a button, increasing the size of a text, etc. 
Additionally, as a Salesman at Tractor Supply, my primary responsibility is to assist customers in finding the right products for their heavy equipment needs. I provide advice, offer product recommendations, and ensure a positive experience.
