Profile Description

With over three years of virtual assistance experience, I am well-prepared to provide the support needed to keep your business running smoothly.

I have worked as an Executive Assistant for 3 years for a CEO based in the Netherlands and I would do all the administrative and technical tasks for him and the company. I managed email, creating scripts for client outreach, research, calendar, etc. I also managed the team's productivity, checking their time schedules and work hours using TimeDoctor, I did the payroll and processed payroll for the team. I used ClickUp for project management, keeping track of our progress for all client systems and ensuring we have proper communication and timely updates. I am in constant communication with the clients using Slack or Zoom calls if they have concerns or if I need to simply update them. I also created invoices for the clients, tracking if all payments were successfully deposited, I used Stripe, Wise, and Invoiless for some of the payment concerns. I created SOPs for all the processes making sure that we have proper turnover of information for both clients and the team. I am also an expert in creating automation using Zapier, Pabbly, and Clickup. Tools expertise: Hetzner - VPS creation.
