setting a clear product goal and crafting manageable user stories with defined acceptance

Spring Planning, Daily stand up, Sprint Demo and Sprint Retrospective, thereby
fostering a robust and trustful relationship with the team.
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams including business
analyst, UX designers, backend and frontend engineers, quality engineers, site
reliability and data engineers.
Contributes to develop Nu Skin Stela mobile app and launching it within
6 months by supervising test cases, managing manual
regression and automation test, and evaluating the severity and criticality of bugs
reported by Quality Engineers. Coordinates the integration of various
components in a single production release of the Nu Skin Stela mobile
application for distribution on Apple and Google Play Store. Ensure that all new
strings used in Nu Skin Stela are effectively managed within Contentstack
content management system.
Successfully boosted the download and
sign-up rates for Nu Skin Vera app by integrating
Vera Invite feature into Nu Skin Stela, thereby achieving year-end KPI targets for
both apps as early as Q3 2023. 
Devoted to enhancing user experience through
a customer-centric approach, we successfully upheld the Nu Skin Stela App’s
store ratings between 4.5 and 4.7. This was achieved by diligently monitoring
customer feedback and integrating valuable suggestions into our Sprint backlog
for continuous improvement.
Prioritizing solutions over problems,
I conducted my own investigation and data analysis
using Datadog logs, which led to a quick resolution of a critical login issue
of Nu Skin Vera and Stela app during the EMEA Black Friday campaign.
