Recently,I've been working in a manufacturing company for almost 3 years as an Office staff (Purchasing /Admin Staff).Were sourcing out new suppliers to provide materials needed by the company like office supplies,raw materials,packaging,machining,etc..We also making Purchase order to be sent to supplier for ordering materials.This duties related to Purchasing task,After 2 years I've been transferred to HR Department as an Admin staff since they have a vacant position for this job.As an Admin staff my duties as frontliner staff is to assist visitors/suppliers coming to our company as well as I am the one who incharged for the security personnels.I am also the one who distributing company uniforms and ID's .I am also making some reports,presentations needed by my department and other task that given to me from time to time.I have also other office experienced in other company same as the task that I have here in my recent company .
