and excited to be part of the team as a Virtual Accountant / Bookkeeper. To
give you some brief background about myself.
I’m
well experienced Technical/Customer Service Representative and currently
working as Regional Account
to take this opportunity to explore and to be an excellent addition to your team.
I have been with this
industry for almost 10 Years.
I worked with several
companies and excel in my chosen fields. I used to be a Financial Advisor for
Lloyds Banking Group way back 2013. I
tried working as a Technical Support Representative that supports customers
across the United States under COMCAST and VERIZON and the experience was
amazing. I also worked for TELSTRA (Australian Account) as TIER 2 TIPT (Telstra
IP Telephony) representative for Business Enterprises and received an award as
an excellent awardee for customer relations for 3 consecutive years .
Currently, I am working as a Regional Account Manager for Optum Global
Solutions in line with the University of IOWA Hospital and clinics as my
assigned provider.
My job is to provide
accurate information, provide solutions in a given problem and helping out
clients to succeed with their business. I am here to help.
Dealing with irate
customers is a hard job, but at the same time fulfilling. I love dealing with
clients and
with their concern and maintain positive feedback with your chosen company.
