Send a monthly performance report based on the audited tickets, highlighting the agent's strengths and weaknesses, and providing recommendations for improvement.
Knowledge of E-commerce tools and ticketing platforms like Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, RSL, ReturnGo, Yotpo, and Shipstation.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
Answer customer's emails on time. Provide accurate responses, and ensure that customers' concerns are resolved. Maintain good customer experience without sacrificing revenue.
