I have over 4 years of experience in the Sales and Marketing Industry, I learned to negotiate, improve my attitude towards other people, enhance my skills, especially in sales and marketing, execute a proper way of communicating with other people, long way of patience, good customer service, and after-sales, and use this experience as a background to establish my own business.

I started my T-shirt printing Business together with my 2 colleagues in 2019. First, we plan to undergo training and seminars, then execute the plan through purchasing materials for a start-up business, creating samples and strategies for marketing our products, and lastly to satisfy every customer to create a repeat order.

I was enrolled in Freelancing Course in August 2020 by Virtual Assistant Academy. Continuous learning and having a background in General Administrative tasks, Social Media Marketing, Customer Support, Sales and Marketing Assistance, Email Marketing, Telemarketer, and helping Client's Personal tasks is what I want to improve, learn and practice. I worked as a Sales Team Leader in a corporate company that provides an experience in Sales and Marketing.
