• Collect and arrange financial information and enter details into Quickbooks Online and Quickbooks Desktop, and Xero.
• Completing daily accounting tasks including tracking funds, preparing deposits and reconciling accounts.
• Manage, track and monitor financial updates.
• Analyze budgets, financial reports and projections for accurate reporting of financial standing.
• Prepare and Review Financial Statements
• Payroll processing
• Prepare Invoice and collect payments
• Prepare bills and pay vendors
