I graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, and my previous two jobs involved IT Support. I was an IT Service Desk Agent in an IT Outsourcing company for almost 5 years now. I was also a Customer Support Representative for one of the LOBs of Microsoft for 3 years. We provide billing, sales, and technical support to our customers.  With all of these experiences, I can say that I easily identify and resolve technical issues and concerns using the proper tools. In-depth knowledge and understanding of numerous computer software and operating systems. Skilled and excellent communication in providing great customer support.
