by a three-year tenure as a Billing Analyst at Teletech, where I handled
billing processes and resolved financial discrepancies.
Currently, I work as
a Finance Analyst at Arch Global Services Inc., managing cash receipts and
conducting financial reconciliations. Recently, I was promoted to oversee the
Australia accounts payable process.
In addition to my
finance background, I’ve completed extensive Virtual Assistant training,
gaining proficiency in General VA tasks. As a certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor,
I’m well-versed in bookkeeping, and I’m proficient in tools such as MS Office,
SAP, Oracle, SSP, and Workday Finance, with working knowledge of QuickBooks and
Xero.
