Hi. I am Upgrade to see actual info, I am an Expert in Medical Billing and service related to that. I have 5 years of experience in medical billing and claims. I worked in Account Receivable management, but good knowledge from start to end of Revenue Cycle Management. I have worked before across US for provider and hospital to increase the cash flow, I review unpaid claims and denials for timely payment and cash flow, I do insurance eligibility and benefits verifications for Dental Clinic and Facilities, I do obtain referals pre-authorization and retro-authorization. I do create claims and submitted electronically/paper every day for all payers (Gov't, Commercial and Worker's Comp, PIP) for out of network and in-network providers, I have very good knowledge using website portal like Availity, Navinet, etc. for checking the status or denial of a claim, I have very good knowledge reading EOB, medical terminologies and insurance terminologies, resolve the denial and get the claims paid, also I can do the demographics, EMR, EHR, charge and posting data entry works and posting payments thru the billing software, Billing software I used so far are: AthenaHealth, AdvancedMD, Kareo, Officeally, ACE, Medsym, Azalea EMR & Practice. I also hit the target or the quota that has to be done in a day which is minimum of 40 accounts each day, I do calling insurances to get research about the status of the claim.
