I believe that I’m a great fit for the position I’m applying for because my professional background includes customer service here in the Philippines and for an international company. I was in customer service for inbound, outbound, and sales calls. I also respond to chats and emails, and send sales promotions. I even worked in Commercial Leasing where I leased out spaces inside the mall. I was also recognized as a Super CSR agent and became a team leader for a month.Furthermore, I’m able to analyze the problem and provide the best solution. I also consider myself a team player, hardworking, reliable, and determined and can work under any kind of pressure. In addition, I lack experience with skills or software but I’m willing to be trained. I’m open to new challenges and that makes me motivated to work. Besides, my motivations are helping others in my job, learning and development, a sense of achievement or accomplishment, and stability.
