Hi there!

I'm Upgrade to see actual info and thank you for checking out my profile. Here is an overview of my skills that I can offer to add more convenience to your day-to-day business activities.

I'm an accounting professional with strong knowledge of accounting for merchandising, real estate, and construction businesses combined with extensive exposure to various aspects of customer service from the BPO industry. I am a detail and results-oriented person, adaptive, organized, and a self-learner.

The platforms that I've been using in my practice are Xero Accounting Software, Xero Practice Manager, Quickbooks Online and Desktop, Intuit Payroll, MYOB, Microsoft Office 365 Applications, Dext, and Google Apps (e.g Google Sheets, Docs, & Google Drive). 

I have worked as a technical support for QuickBooks users across the United States and currently working as a remote bookkeeper assisting Australian-based clients. The functions that I usually do during these roles are the following:

• Handles General Ledger Maintenance for multiple clients based in Australia
• Reconcile receipts/bills uploaded from Dext
• BAS/IAS Preparation
• Performs clean-up of books and company account set-up for clients using SaaS such as Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, and ABSS.
• Processes payroll in Xero Accounting Software and QuickBooks Online & Desktop
• Enters A/R and A/P transactions in Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB
• Performs Account and Bank Reconciliation
• Computes PAYG Withholding/Income Tax Returns and lodges all forms needed using Xero Green.
