Profile Description

Prior to working in technical support and customer care lines, I was consulting with a local non-government/non-profit organization where I was tasked to provide basic computer skills training to public school teachers. I created a curriculum which included computer basics and Microsoft Office basic skills.

Most of my work background was in technical support and customer care. I was able to work with a computer company offering phone based technical support, an online payment company where I learned US payment systems using ACH bank transfers and credit/debit card transactions. My last stint was a product specialist trainer with a telecommunications company providing IP based TV, internet and phone services.

Experience: 5 - 10 years

With my technical proficiency in desktop computers from a very young age, my stint in the call center industry allowed me to become a level 2 technical support/technical support supervisor.

Other Skills

Experience: 10+ years

From college to business process outsourcing, I've conducted training in various subjects. I was a First aid and BLS trainer for Red Cross, a basic computer skills trainer for an NGO, and a product specialist trainer in a call center.
