I am an electronics engineer from the Philippines who just graduated last year and got my license afterwards. Since the pandemic have deemed it impossible for me to work in my area of expertise, I am left to rely on my other competence. For the record, I've studied English since I was a small child and it was one of the commonly taught languages in our country. I am confident to say that I have an excellent command of English both in written and verbal aspects. I've also read lots of books ranging from young adult to textbooks that had immensely helped widen my vocabulary. Since I am a fast learner and at the same time a critical thinker, I am outspoken enough to reassure you that you are in good hands. I am fond of time management not just for its efficiency in one's orderly life but also because I believe that we always have to focus on one goal every step of the way.
Currently, I'm working as a full time Virtual Assistant for an Australian client assisting him in back-office administrative stuffs as a loan processor. I have been working for him in almost two years now and am familiar now with the mortgage lending in Australia. My job includes touching base with the clients for follow up and updates, calling the lender to escalate the review and approval of loan applications, making sure that everything is in line with what the broker will be needing to provide loan options for the client and lastly is preparing the loan application forms and supporting documents to be sent to the lender. Since I am working with him from 6AM-2PM PHT then I am available to take on part time jobs anytime after my morning shift.
