-Maintain clear and direct communication with contractors, providing them with precise scopes of work and expectations.

Relationship Building:
-Develop and maintain strong, direct relationships with contractors, positioning myself as their main contact point within the organization.
-Build trust and rapport with contractors, facilitating open communication and efficient collaboration.

Strategic Project Involvement:
-Take ownership of the internal management and execution of client work, ensuring seamless project progression and high-quality outcomes.
