Currently working as an appraisal report analyst. The task is to complete an appraisal report, like filing in the subject section, and do zoning/plat maps. I am also responsible for the completion of the subject and comps grid and saving all necessary documents, like the MLS file, into a work file. With Total Ala Mode Sketch Program, I am improving my skills in photo importation and sketching. I have knowledge in Total Ala mode, Anow, and Clickform.

Before working in real estate, I was a content moderator, customer/sales/technical representative, order placer, and image analyst. I am open to learning new skills and jobs, but my focus now is more on learning new techniques in the real estate world.
