I started my VA career as an HR Representative where I handle recruitment events, onboarding, manage payroll, draft training courses and eventually help the management supervise the whole operation. I am proficient in email, phone, and chat communication. Some of the tools that I use at work are MS Office, Google Workspace, Canva, PipiDrive, Active Campaign, PipeDrive, Mailerlite, Calendly, DocuSign, Streams, Zoom, Skype, and Telegram.

I dUpgrade to see actual info to work on my Social Media Management skill and I took up courses related to SMM.

Also, I have been in Hospitality Industry for 5 years. I started as an In-Room Dining Attendant/Management Trainee in Swissotel the Stamford in Singapore where I take care of food and beverage orders from hotel guests, prepare them on the trolley and deliver it to their Upgrade to see actual infocondly, I joined Atlantis the Palm, Dubai as a Hostess/Food and Beverage Attendant. I worked in one of the biggest buffet restaurants in the UAE. I did a lot of irregular and break-shifts so I am very comfortable in doing irregular hours of work schedule. Lastly, I moved to Muscat, Oman for Sheraton Hotel. I joined as a member of the pre-opening team. I was an Attendant then promoted to a Club Lounge Supervisor. I exclusively take care of our loyal members and VIPs. I send pre-arrival emails and answers their inquiries and requests. I do upsell rooms of higher category, too. I make restaurant reservations and connect with travel and tour agencies for our guests. I make and answer phone calls from our business clients as well. I specialized in personalized Upgrade to see actual info between, I worked as a call center agent. I handled the UK account for a Home Survey and a non-voice account for an Australian advertisement company.
