I have been in the BPO industry for almost 10 years so, communication will be my best asset. I have experienced in both Customer service and Technical service posts. Because of these, I could say that I have a broad knowledge of how to converse with people of different races, ethnicity, and beliefs. Customer service consists of customer account management, billing concerns, and customer queries. Technical support covers assistance to customers' services that are not working. I have also some background in Sales since my first job was as an Outbound Sales agent and we sell discount membership plans for our Canadian and US customers.
