Seeking for a role that allows me to leverage my extensive background as an E-commerce Project
Manager with a goal-driven mindset spanning over 6 years, as well as my 3-year track record as an
Amazon Expert Manager and experience in Operations Management. I aspire to apply my diverse
skillset and experience towards achieving success and driving productivity for both clients and the
organization as a whole.

Skills and Competencies:
• 6 years remote management of BPO partner site for eCommerce operations, including
recruitment, service delivery, SLA allocation, budgeting, timelines; workflow and process improvement/
implementation for teammate/manager's ease of use and better customer experience. 
• [Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Home Depot, Macy's, Wayfair, Magento platforms] Managed E-Commerce
projects by building and maintaining complex Amazon/eBay listings for our organization and B2B partners
using Magento. 
• Highest point of escalation, taking ownership, representing the General Manager and CEO. 
• Responsible for delivering eCommerce program roadmap and strategy, including API installation for
various company systems, making sure that all our API integrations are functioning well, no money loss
will take place. 
• Managed account health issues, such as: Fixing Suspected IP Violation (False positives and real ones);
Listing Recategorization; Fixing/Merging and Creation of Listing Variations; Fixing Stranded Inventory;
Fixing Hazmat Issues and Documentation, & Product Safety Issues; Fixing Listing Issues such as
Suppressed Listings and High/Low Pricing Error; Fixing Listing Policy Violation, Restricted Policy Violation;
Fixing Authenticity Complaints, Product Condition Complaints, Intellectual Property Violation. 
• Manage to ensure orders' fulfillment across multiple e-commerce platforms are properly fulfilled, and
inventory among over 700 items from 10 vendors/B2B partners are accurately updated in real-time.
