Profile Description

I am a seasoned Accountant with over 20 years of experience in various industries in the Philippines.
I  have extensive experience working with a US Based Accounting Firm and knowledgeable in preparing US Tax Returns. My passion is to help business owners succeed in their business by providing accurate, timely, and tax-ready financial statements.

I specialized in the following:
 
1. End-to-End Bookkeeping - this pertains to the recording and maintaining ledgers of all Balance sheet and Income statement accounts, which include but not limited to Cash in Bank, Inventory, VAT, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and all Revenue and Expense accounts. I will ensure that all collection, invoices, and bills payments are tracked, recorded correctly, and timely and post journal entries to correct errors if needed.       

2.  Month-end Reconciliation and Closing Process – pertains to 1st - reconciling Bank and Credit Card Accounts, and all other Balance Sheet and Income Statement accounts; 2nd – review of all General Ledger Accounts and posting of entries if necessary; 3rd – preparation of all Financial Statements and review notes. 

3. Catch up and Clean up of books - designed for those who have started Quickbooks but got messy records somewhere along the way. I Will clean the mess and teach best practices to keep your books organized.

4. US Tax Preparation using Drake Tax - proficient in the preparation of 1040
