• Ability to provide value, training predisposition (for example, share best Reply Handling practices, such as follow-up approaches, templates, and on-point training materials).
Daily duties:
? Manage manpower needs and partner with the HR Manager for the recruitment requirement and assessments.? Liaise with the trainer to set the training timeline of new SDRs and refresher training for current SDRs? Liaise with the CSMs/AMs to advise when a profile can be launched.? Check and update the team / cluster attendance.? Determine the goals for every running profiles.? Ensure that the SDRs are doing/preparing weekly reporting for the CSMs/AMs and respective clients.? Prepare and administer coaching sessions and formulate effective action plans.? Monitor productivity and strategize realistic output per account.? Conduct proficiency tests on a monthly basis.? Monitor the output and quality of the SDRs’ work.? Work with the trainer to design/revamp training and onboarding materials for the SDRs (reviewed every 3-6 months)? In charge of the SDRs’ leave approvals, and everything in between.? Conducting semester appraisals of all SDRs• Conduct around 7-10 QAs daily.
• Assess the way CSD Caller handles responses/objections from prospects during call conversations.
• Create Tasks on Planhat with detailed summaries.
• Populate Scorecards and strictly follow the scorecard legend.
• Outline opportunities for follow-ups, and identify hot leads.
• Share valuable tips on conversation handling and any other additional materials that can help improve Caller’s skills.
• Supervise accurate records of Leads/Responses/Stats in the Mastersheet.
• Work with internal communication tools & systems (Planhat, Slack, Zoom).
• Closely work with a Caller, as well as their Team, Lead and share feedback on an ongoing basis.
