I specialized in technical support for internet and telephone services and became a subject matter expert in the Billing Department (Voice Support) handling residential billing inquiries. I then worked in the hospital to practice my profession as a registered nurse in the clinical field. I also embarked on teaching which enhanced my communication, interpersonal relationships, and leadership skills as I worked as an instructor in a Maritime Training Center for almost 5 years. My latest employment in the online industry magnified my time management, data entry, decision-making, and organizational skills as I worked as a full-time remote Customer Service Expert.
