Achieve, if not exceed, banquet budgeted revenues of the hotel both for individual
and group sales quota
• Accomplish daily, monthly & quarterly reports and sales forecasts to analyze
current market and sales trends
• Manage all social events of the hotel. Received commendations from the clients.
• Take responsive actions to clients’ requirements with regard to banquet
reservations
• Make proposals, contracts and banquet event orders based on client’s
requirements
• Take lead in coordination meetings with other departments
• Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in doing market research and
competitors analysis to help make informed decisions
• Strategize hotel promotions and banquet packages to attract more market
segment
• Partner with online marketing channels or platform to enhance hotel presence
and brand awareness and eventually generate more sales
• Participate in MICE-related activities to enhance sales performance
• Work closely with other departments to ensure successful conclusion of each
event
• Supervise and train sales coordinator to ensure excellent customer service is
delivered
• Maintain good relationship with hotel suppliers
• Directly reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing and perform other duties as
may be assigned
