Profile Description

Use existing knowledge and experience to identify solutions for a range of financial questions. Performs bank reconciliations. Prepare and updates Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.
Follow-up collections to clients.
File monthly, quarterly and annual returns to BIR EFPS. Responsible for a variety of functions such as budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and capital expenditure viability. Create and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual reports and ensure financial information has been recorded. Assist on various treasury activities such as internal investment activity, external investments, banking relationships, Cash management accounts and investor relations.
Monitor and analyze company cash position to cover cash commitments and cash forecasting. Conduct analysis of business operations and opportunities. Preparing forecasts and reports. Propose or recommend accounting principles, practices and procedures for the maintenance of fiscal records and preparation of financial reports.
Responsible for documentations, technical and legal aspect for application of accreditation on ICC and transfer of office. Reviews and ensures completeness and reliability of Accounting Results.
Ensure timely receipt of reports with accurate and complete information. Prepare and assist in Bidding Documents. Attend BIR / SSS and other governmental seminars to update on current issues and trends concerning company Upgrade to see actual infoequently interacts with Finance, Operations and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters with functional area, other company divisions or units, and clients and the Upgrade to see actual infoecking proper control and procedures & records management. Collating & consolidating reports.
