Profile Description

In two years that I have worked as a customer service representative for different big and known outsourcing companies, I have managed to learn new skills that have helped me largely in solving customer problems and providing excellent service. The demand and pressure of resolving concerns in a limited time has developed my critical thinking and solving skills and have made me improve my ways in engaging with people.
Those skills have proven very effective as I took on new challenges by being a public high school teacher in northern Cebu.
I am assigned in a barrio school and most of the students, even in the upper grade levels have difficulty in mastering English due to their fear and inhibitions that are deeply associated in using the Upgrade to see actual info takes so much patience and empathy to fully understand a single student and know the right strategy to help them with their learning curves, and handling over 300 students every day has made me a master of understanding people.
My current job has also made me flexible and adaptive to different policies and has incessantly challenged me to go Upgrade to see actual info my 5 years in the Department of Education, I have already produced two winners in the National Schools Press Conference, the Olympics of Campus Journalism in the Philippines.
