I have been a Quality
Analyst for 3 years in a telco US based company that handles technical support for cable, phone and internet. Being a Quality Analyst, I have managed my time in auditing calls from my agents whereas I am expected to audit 1 call per agent per week which means I needed
to audit 4 calls per agent in a month. I had 6 teams in my cluster with 15-20 agents per team. at the same time, I was handling 6 LOBs (Line Of Business) and was able to meet all my deliverable on time. Aside from auditing calls, I am also responsible in facilitating a weekly calibration call together with the TLs and clients from onshore.
Then I became a Quality Lead for 2 years in a financial account which is also a BPO UK based. I was handling a team who are responsible in Anti Money Laundering. As a Quality Lead, I am the one making sure that all reports are being done in a timely manner, I am also responsible in attending weekly meetings with the clients. I am responsible in doing the outcomes testing or the end to end customer journey to make sure that customers need are all met.
