The most recent job I had, handles Corporate Travel Customers' travel-related requests in airline ticketing arrangements, hotel accommodations, and car rentals. We also respond to corporate customer emails and calls concerning their bookings. We have ensured that our clients will be provided with the best available options depending on their preferences and to be able to respond to their email inquiries in a timely manner. Being an expert, our main goal is to provide a “One call resolution”; that provides solutions to all travel-related problems our client might have.
I also worked as a Team Leader in which I am responsible for overseeing the daily activities of my team. I create and develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal. I am also conducting individual coaching, group huddles on a weekly basis. Analyzed the individual performance of each team member and motivated them to perform even better. Creates reports to update the company on team progress.
