Profile Description

- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and
technologies
- Manages and monitors current campaigns to ensure the programs
are successful
- Manage Social Media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
etc.
- Setting up Facebook ads
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover,
profile pictures and blog layout)
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience
preferences
- Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer, Canva, Animoto,
Tailwind, Meet Edgar, Hootsuite, Tweepi and many other
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social
media to create a strong network
-Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner
and monitor customer reviews
- Admin Tasks (respond to emails and phone calls, schedule meetings,
prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records, etc.
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original
text, photos, videos and news)
