My time being a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance, handling an telco account which is T-Mobile has become an exceptional experience to me. My responsibilities included assisting customers with billing issues, resolving technical problems with their network issues, device issues and providing product information about T-Mobiles promotions and services. I mainly focused on delivering excellent service to T-Mobile's clients, ensuring quick and accurate solutions while continuing to provide positive experience for every customer. Also I did my internship at Hube Computer where I developed troubleshooting skills. I provided hands on support in troubleshooting hardware and software installations, and fixing system malfunctions.
