- Manage FBA Inventory
- Monitor FBA inventory stock level for replenishment
- Review FBA Sales vs Forecast
- Inventory Projections
- Restock Recommendations/ Restock Planning
- Gather and create a report on FBA inventory and shipments
- Create and Monitor FBA Shipments
- Shipment Review and Reconciliations
- Inventory Reconciliations (lost, missing, damaged units)
- Identify and resolve inventory and shipment issues/concerns
- Review, research, respond and get resolutions on FBA-related cases
- Work closely with the team on the new product listing
- Case logs
- Removal Orders
- Unfulfillable Inventory
- Fix Stranded Inventory
- Reimbursements & Reimbursement Report
- Manage FBA Customer Returns
- Inventory and Shipment Reporting
- Check and respond to Amazon customer messages
- Set up Deals, Coupons, Prime Exclusive Discounts, Promotions, and Sale Prices
