Profile Description

Fulfilling FBM Orders
• Perform Data Entry for every new order;
• Manage Invoicing and shipping for every order;
• Responsible for sourcing out product suppliers from legit online retailers;
• Ensure that the shipped item is the same item ordered (variation check);
• Responsible for providing a tracking number to buyer and carrier name for the packages;
• Manage Refund;
• Manage the status of orders in e-commerce software (Ecomsolutions);
• Handle all tasks associated with fulfilling orders for the buyers.
Store Communication
• Handle support chats with buyers and clients;
• Function as Quality Assurance in terms of Order Defect Rate store performance;
• Responds to good and bad reviews accordingly;
• Responsible for support tickets as needed;
• Responsible for sending appeals to Brand/Rightful Owners and Amazon to address all Policy Violations;
• In-charge of Account Metrics Monitoring and Analysis and give necessary recommendation or action needed both corrective and preventive;
• In-charge of data gathering on a weekly and monthly basis to serve as report;
Product analysis
• Checking the reviews of the specific product from other platforms if this is a good product to sell or not.
• Will review if the item is currently on trend
• Maintaining the parameters set. (Example: dimensions, weight, price range, etc)
