• Coordinate with property owners/ unit owners, tenants, maintenance staff, superintendents, and guests for short and long-term rentals.
• Oversee all tenancy renewals, rolling contracts, and monitor
expired tenancy agreements of HMOs, apartments, commercial
properties, storage, STRs;
• Managed financial transactions (i.e. rent collections, import
financial data, tracking of inward and outward payments, chasing
of non-paying clients);
• Booking and management of repairs and house maintenance;
• Facilitate cleaning schedules, arranging of property viewings,
responding to inquiries/ concerns;
• Knowledgeable in conducting market comparisons (i.e. Property
Address, Size, Type, No. of Rooms, Current rent, Proposed rent,
Area Demand/Popularity, Photo link G-drive, Social housing
Suitability, Status, Last inspection date, Property Condition)
• Create a report and escalate the concern to the supervisor for
serving of notices or eviction process;
• Negotiate with the tenants regarding rent increases;
• Proficient in using Konnexsion (a PMS similar to Appfolio or
Buildium);
• Apply for support or housing benefits on behalf of the client;
• Organize all property-related documents;
• Checking and screening guests or bookings;
• Drafting of
• Listing luxurious apartments and reviewing them before posting online; and
• Other property management tasks related.
