Profile Description

My first job is Data Analyst. We are working for a US Real Estate properties and deed of sale. After 2 years, I applied as Customer Associate in a Logistic company. We are accepting cargoes and money remittances, we also do cross selling of the products and answer inquiries of the customers, I've stayed their for 6 long years. After that I applied as Customer Service Representative (Appointment setter) in a BPO company Logistics Department, first I was working in a Non voice account in which we are checking on the status of the driver. We also need to analyze if the driver is approved to have a detention pay or not. After 1 year, I was transferred to other Line of business on the same account, in which we are setting appointments for the driver who will pick up and deliver loads to different warehouses. We do this via inbound/outbound call and email. We also do chat support to update our CSR in the US. Then after 3 years, I have been promoted as Team Lead for appointment setting. my duties are training new agents, checking valid loads that we need to schedule, checking on loads that need urgent appointment confirmed, checking on loads that has been set, ensuring quantity of loads for daily, weekly and monthly report, updating the whole team for new updates and recording it, and sending needed reports to the client.
