Profile Description

During the time I worked as a claims payment assessor, I used my analytical and assessing skills in double checking every car insurance claims of the clients that were being sent by the dealers. I learned how to multitask by using different tools at the same time, so I can assess which parts should be rejected or not depending on their insurance plan and type of vehicle. My customer service skill was refined with this job. For six years until now, I am owning a business which also branched out two years ago. I am also an Operations Manager to the company owned by my brother. I can say I have an expertise on office and administration job as I personally make sure to do all office works, from clients to suppliers data entries, quality assurance and inventory management, bookkeeping and tax payments, and all business-related licenses needed. Currently, I am also an Inventory and E-commerce Manager to an online shop here in the Philippines that sells products from Australia and New Zealand.
